It is true, we have to love ourselves first before others will love us. But in my case that thing doesn’t always apply. Especially when disturbances and delusions come like high waves that hit my whole soul. Nausea to disgust can suddenly appear.
I have to admit, sometimes that love and acceptance are realized because of the support from the good people around me who never tire of blowing positive things to me. Whether it’s a sentence, or just a hug. That I am loved, and will always be … đź’•
