Podcast: Art For Mental Health with Hana Madness

During pandemic, many of us experience how art helps us in the midst of various anxieties and uncertainties. The Fourth Podcast of RUU “Ruang Usik Usik” is talking about this issue.

The benefits of art in maintaining mental health have been proven through many scientific studies. Art activities can increase feelings of self-respect, relieve symptoms of anxiety and depression, and reduce stress. Art also helps regulate the nervous system through the integrated involvement of the mind and body.

This time, we invited artist Hana Alfikih (@hanamadness) and mindfulness practitioner @AdjieSantosoputro.

Their intimate chats can be listened on Spotify through this link
